By using heatsmartltd.com or engaging Heat Smart Solutions Limited ("Heat Smart Ltd") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Online quote estimates, including those generated by our ROI calculator, are indicative only and based on standard assumptions. A final, fixed-price quote is only confirmed following an in-person or remote survey of your property by a qualified surveyor.
All installation work is carried out by Gas Safe registered, MCS certified, and/or NICEIC approved engineers as appropriate to the service. Installation timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to weather, site conditions, or parts availability.
Solar panels are typically covered by a 25-year manufacturer performance warranty. All installations include a minimum 10-year workmanship guarantee covering defects in installation. Manufacturer warranties for inverters, batteries, heat pumps, and boilers vary by product and are detailed in your installation paperwork.
Payment terms (including any deposit requirements) will be set out in your individual project quote and contract. We do not require full payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you enter into a contract with us as a consumer at a distance (e.g. online or by phone) or away from our business premises, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel without penalty, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heat Smart Ltd's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the contract in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
